I Say...
This is the best mascara that I have ever used! It can create long and curling lashes which really brightened up the eyes like a dolly. Due to the comb, it can reach almost every single strand of my lashes. It is waterproof, doesn't smudge and lasting. However, this mascara (or the brand) is not available in Singapore.
If you got any friends goin Japan, remember to beg them to get some of those for you. You won't regret this buy!
